Ingredients

Cut cans green beans, drained

Condensed Unsalted Cream of Mushroom Soup

Milk

Soy sauce

French-fried onions

2 (14.5 ounce)

1/2 cup

1 teaspoon

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 - Stir together the soup, milk, soy sauce, beans, and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.  Add salt and pepper to the mixture.

Step 3 - 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese should be added to the green bean mixture. 2 to 3 minutes on high in the microwave.

Step 4 - Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of a casserole dish after transfer. On top, scatter the French-fried onions and the remaining cheddar.

Step 5 - About 10 minutes into baking, the cheese should be melted and the onions should be just turning brown.
